Description of Services
Our website provides a platform for users to purchase customised portraits carved in engineered wood. We provide a user-friendly interface to select the portrait specifications, and we deliver the product to your specified address.

Ordering Process
To place an order, you must provide accurate information about the portrait specifications, such as the photo to be used, the size, and any additional details. We will then provide you with a quote and, upon acceptance, you will be required to make a payment to secure your order. Once we receive the payment, we will begin the production process. Prior to carving the portrait, we will send you Black & White sketch(s) for your approval. Upon your approval, carving is initiated which is irreversible. The final product may vary slightly from the digital proof provided to you, as each piece is unique.

Pricing and Payment
All prices on our website are in Indian Rupees and are subject to change without notice. We accept payment through Razorpay or major credit cards. You are responsible for any fees associated with the payment method you choose.

Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide, and we will provide you with a tracking number once the product is shipped. Shipping within India is Free. Shipping fees to other countries vary based on your location and the size of the portrait. We are not responsible for any customs or import duties that may be imposed by your country. Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

We take great pride in our products, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will do our best to resolve any issues.  Returns are applicable on Leaders & Celebrities, Legends & Deities Portraits only. If a return is necessary, the product must be returned in its original condition, and you will be responsible for any shipping fees. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

 

For customized portraits, we have a Refund & Replacement Policy. Refunds or replacement are accepted only in case of damaged and defective products. All you need to do is raise a refund or replacement request, within a period of 48 hrs from the date of delivery following the below steps:

• You can raise a refund or replacement by emailing us on our support email id: “mimecraftindia@gmail.com”.

• Share details of the issue with videos and images for supporting your case.

• Note: Unboxing Video Mandatory for Claiming Damaged/Defective Returns or Missing Items. We will ensure that you get a resolution at the earliest.

Limitation of Liability
