Refund Policy

We have a 48-hour return policy, which means you have 48-hour after receiving your item to request a return, refund or replacement.

To start a return, refund or replacement, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Returns, Refunds & Replacements

We take great pride in our products, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will do our best to resolve any issues.  


Returns and Refunds are applicable on Leaders & Celebrities, Legends & Deities Portraits only. If a return is necessary, the product must be returned in its original condition, and you will be responsible for any shipping fees. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product.


For customized portraits, we have a Refund & Replacement Policy. Refunds or replacement are accepted only in case of damaged and defective products. All you need to do is raise a refund or replacement request, within a period of 48 hrs from the date of delivery following the below steps:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
